Each employee' s supervisor will be responsible to determine if the employee should not be allowed to report to work on days that school has been canceled. Employees who feel that weather conditions are too dangerous may contact their immediate supervisor to request permission to miss work.

All employees not reporting to work due to winter weather conditions must take a discretionary day or not be paid for the time not worked.
