Student Records Request

If you need to request a student’s cumulative record from their time enrolled in a CKCIE school district, please contact the school where the student was most recently enrolled to obtain the appropriate contact information. 

 

To request special education records for a student previously enrolled in a CKCIE school district, please submit your request via email to ckcierecordsroom@usd305.com. The Special Education Records Department will follow up to gather any additional information needed to complete your request.

 

Please note that our department retains digital copies of student records after they have exited the district. To support our paperless initiative, we prefer to provide these scanned records electronically whenever possible. If you are unable to access email, you may contact CKCIE at 785-309-5100 and ask to speak to the Records Department.
